EXPRESSIONS of interest are now open for individuals or groups in hospitality or food production to host an event, tour, masterclass or tasting during the Forage and Feast 2026 festival.

The program will take place from 12 January to 15 February 2026.

The month-long Central Highlands Growers and Producers Hub and Commerce Ballarat event is aimed at cementing the Central Highlands as a food destination, and to celebrate growers and producers in the area.

Forage and Feast offers a wide range of experiences and events, allowing visitors to see, learn, and taste all the Central Highlands has to offer.

There will be activities from beekeeping classes to curated degustations to farm tours offering a multitude of opportunities.

Commerce Ballarat CEO Jodie Gillett said she is looking forward to another successful summer of celebrating local produce. “We’re so excited to showcase the amazing produce and venues we have in the Central Highlands, and encourage visitors to explore our region during summer,” she said. “We were blown away by the amazing lineup of experiences last year, and can’t wait to see what our amazing hosts have planned for us this year.”
