Flair & Fine Care is inspired by the new emerging trends in disability support services with a tech-savvy approach.

They are motivated to bring professionalism and high compliance standards together for the participant’s betterment and peace of mind.

They do this by delivering excellent service through empowering clients by providing the necessary information and connecting them with the right support workers so they can exercise control over their choices, as they engage our ethical and qualified support team.

Flair & Fine Care is committed to providing participants with the most reliable, professional, compliant, and friendly care team who has a firm belief that everyone has a right to live an independent life.

Our support workers are subject to rigorous recruitment and selection process including, but not limited to competency assessment and comprehensive reference checks. As well as disability worker exclusion scheme, national police, working with children, and 100-point identity checks

Workers also undertake first aid, manual handling, life support and other training.
