HAVING owned and operated Touché for thirteen years, Nicole van Berkel knows a thing or two about hair and beauty.

“We offer all beauty services so massage, facial, waxing, tinting, manicures and pedicures as well as five hairdressers on the team to men’s and lady’s hairdressing,” she said.

“We try and use all Australian owned and Australian made environmentally friendly products and some of our products are vegan, but they are all paraben and sulphate free.”

Although due to COVID restrictions, the beauty side of the business had to close during the year, Ms van Berkel said she could continue offering hair services.

“I decided to just stay open and push through and I feel like it might’ve been the best decision I could have made because now my business is booming,” she said.

“Although, it’s a little more difficult this Christmas having to split our shifts to fit clients in.”

For this festive season, Touché are offering unique gift packs for customers who may need a fresh cut or a total pamper.

“Our range of packages which include different treatments depending on what people want to spend or what the person they are buying for would enjoy most,” she said.
