BCM builds awards success
BUILDING group BCM Homes has been named the western region’s Residential Builder of the Year by Master Builders Victoria.
BCM Homes director David Moyle attributed the honour to the professionalism of his staff, the business’ affiliated trades and suppliers, and their collective hard work and attention to detail.
“We are just so humbled to have been recognised in this way,” he said.
Mr Moyle said the Mount Pleasant-based business highlighted a particular local custom build as part their awards submission, which didn’t just aim to be homely, but efficient and sustainable.
“This project really shows what we are capable of, and that our local trades and suppliers are experienced and able to help us deliver a healthier, more cost-efficient home for all of our clients,” he said.
“The difficult nature of the sloping site, high bushfire rating and challenge of capturing the breathtaking views were all complimented by the sustainable approach to building.
“The stunning living roof, abundant natural light and overall architecture really compliment the surrounding landscape and eco system.”
Having recently opened some new display homes in Lucas, Mr Moyle said the building group’s staff are looking forward to leaving positive footprints of innovation and meticulous detail across the Ballarat community in the long term, while striving to maintain the quality and service they’ve become known for as Master Builders awardees.
A statement from BCM said the business has a goal to leave a legacy of excellence, leadership, trust, reliability, and affordability, not just internally, but across the region’s broader construction industry.
