WITH Christmas only days away, staff and animals at the Creswick Woollen Mill have been getting in the festive spirit.

The venue has a special offer for people who spend $50 in-store where they can get up and close with the mill’s animals and take some festive photos.

“We always have really exciting offers heading into Christmas,” said store manager Cassandra Ellis.

“That farm experience is a wonderful drawcard for families or grandparents with their grandchildren as we have the lovely animals here.

“The children can go into the Christmas display and the animals will be dressed up for Christmas so it will be a really cute photo.”

Ms Ellis encouraged visitors to also look around the store and shop Australian made this Christmas.

She said some of the best sellers include merino wool socks, picnic blankets and alpaca wool throws.

“We have really good offers every week in the lead up to Christmas,” said Ms Ellis. “This business is over 75 years old and is still family owned.

“Shoppers are supporting a family-owned business with a lot of integrity, history and a beautiful quality range of products.”

The Creswick Woollen Mill’s Christmas photo opportunity is on from 11am until 3pm each day before Christmas.
