THIS month at Ballarat Wildlife Park, adult emergency service workers will be eligible to receive free entry to the attraction with fifty per cent off the family ticket price.

The offer is open to workers from the Country Fire Authority, State Emergency Services, Fire Rescue Victoria, Victoria Police, Ambulance Victoria and Emergency Management Victoria (EMV).

Josh Martin made a few furry friends.

To receive the discount an employee must present a valid staff card.

The initiative is designed to thank people who serve the community by working for these services, ensuring safety and environmental protection.

“Emergency service workers are the backbone of our society, and their tireless efforts deserve to be recognised and celebrated,” said Darren Collinson, marketing manager at the Ballarat Wildlife Park.

“We are honoured to offer this token of appreciation as

a small gesture of our gratitude for their unwavering commitment to public service, especially in the wake of the devastating fires in our region recently.”
