WHILE we’re in the thick of the Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea season, one event looks to be standing out from the rest.

Tegan Stevenson has organised the fundraiser, set for tomorrow between 10.30am and 3.30pm in Lucas, to support the Cancer Council and because of her mum’s challenges with neuroendocrine tumours.

For a gold coin donation upon entry the event features a huge raffle, guess the number of lollies challenge and of course, all the morning tea sweets and treats you’d expect at an all-day morning tea.

The sponsor list for the event reads like a who’s-who of Ballarat businesses with nearly 100 contributing to the event.

It’s all happening at the Simonds Display Home, 10-12 Shortridge Drive, Lucas between 10.30am and 3.30pm, tomorrow, Sunday, 16 June.

If you can’t make the event you can always support Tegan’s effort by donating online – http://vic.cancercouncilfundraising.org.au/TStevenson
