FOOTY fever is set to hit Sebastopol in the coming weeks as high-profile Aussie rules personalities visit to share their stories.

The Sebastopol Bowling Club will host young Western Bulldogs and Collingwood players this month, and next.

A Sons of the West panel made up of Jason Johannisen, Tom Liberatore, and Jamarra Ugle-Hagan will take place on Saturday, 29 July at 7pm, before hot pies Jack Ginnivan, Isaac Quaynor and Nathan Murphy head up on Wednesday, 2 August at 7pm for Young Guns live.

“Jason, Tom, and Jamarra will be in Sebastopol following the Bulldogs game at Mars Stadium against Greater Western Sydney Giants,” organiser and Entertainment By Vin managing director Vincent Handley said.

“Jack Ginnivan is an enigma. Anywhere he goes, the crowds follow. His shows are some of the most attended shows we have around Australia.

“The venue will have meals and beverages available pre-show, and then we do a VIP experience with photos and a meet-and-greet and go into the panel show, which is not recorded.

“It’s more tailored to adults. These events are a chance for the players to relax, be themselves, and not worry about performing to media. It’s not censored, it’s not scripted.”

Mr Handley said the Sons of the West and Young Guns nights, which are part of a string of shows that travel the state and country, are mostly about new players, new experiences, and new engagement.

“It’s an opportunity for fans to get access to some of these young guys that wouldn’t otherwise do any fan engagement outside of the club,” he said.

There will be live auctions of memorabilia and match-worn items at each event. Visit bit.ly/3DhSr0Q for Sons of the West and bit.ly/3pSnr4m for Young Guns tickets.
