Top rankings for Fed Uni
FEDERATION University Australia has received top rankings in several of this year’s Good Universities Guide categories.
The institution maintained its top ranking for first in family enrolments with 50 per cent of the university’s cohort being the first in their family to undertake higher education.
The university received a five-star ranking for skills development, with 83 per cent of undergraduates rating their skills development as positive while studying.
The organisation also maintained its number one ranking for social equity and teacher-student ratio.
“Federation University’s excellent results in the latest Good Universities Guide is testament to our ongoing commitment to delivering graduates that are both world and work ready through our unique approach to education through our co-operative education model,” said Vice-Chancellor and president Professor Duncan Bentley.
“Our focus on transforming lives and enhancing communities emphasises better access to education, particularly to regional and rural students, and has helped our university foster an environment that supports and empowers students from diverse backgrounds.”
