Will has been a part of the Ray White team since March 2012 and has been involved in local community groups over this time including the Young Professionals Network & Leadership Ballarat & Western Region program.

Recognized for Premier Status in the Ray White Group 2014 – 2019 for high level of sales success as well as in 2017 the Allan White Elite Performer, putting Will in the 2% of the Ray White Group & being awarded No. 2 Regional Sales Person for Victoria & Tasmania.

More recently, Will and the team at Ray White Ballarat were awarded No. 1 Regional Office at the Ray White 2018/2019 Annual Awards Vic/Tas.
