THE team at PRDnationwide Ballarat are celebrating, having taken home seven awards at the recent annual PRDnationwide Real Estate Awards.

The crew were honoured to have been named the Number Four Selling Office Australia-wide, as well as receiving the Diamond Office Award for the 10th year running – the top sales awards in the PRD network.

Robert McClure was named the Number Eight Salesperson nationally, also receiving the Platinum Sales Award and an Individual Growth Award.

Matt Edwards and Chris Leonard were given Gold Sales Awards, Don Hanlon received Silver and Andreana Donhardt, Bronze.

PRDnationwide Ballarat Sales Manager, Jason Birch said the night in Melbourne was enjoyed by all including brand new staff, and those who have been in the industry for more than 30 years.

“It was fantastic for our team bonding. It’s not just about their success, but the success that we’ve brought to our purchasers and vendors. Without them, these events don’t happen,” he said.

“We took down 30 people to the event, there was 280 people there and we had some good success.”

PRDnationwide’s Chairman and Managing Director, Tony Brasier said the awards are a great opportunity to recognise agents who excel with their initiative, exceptional results and high-level customer service.

“To be named as an award winner is a very prestigious honour. The real estate industry is highly competitive and constantly changing,” he said.

“To rise to the top of our industry requires hard work, extensive knowledge of the property market, and the ability to adapt to market shifts whilst delivering on high levels of client service.”
