REIV market snapshot – July 11, 2019

A clearance rate of 72 per cent was recorded over the weekend compared to 73 per cent last week and 62 per cent this same week last year.

There were 287 auctions reported to the REIV, with 208 selling and 79 being passed in, 31 of those on a vendor bid.

Glen Waverley is the top clearance rate suburb with at least 100 auctions held, 68.8 per cent sold from 154 listings.
