REIV market snapshot – June 27, 2019

A clearance rate of 70 per cent was recorded over the weekend compared to 69 per cent last week and 64 per cent this same week last year.

There were 479 auctions reported to the REIV, with 334 selling and 145 being passed in, 66 of those on a vendor bid.

Glen Eira is home to the top two clearance rate suburbs so far in 2019.

Caulfield South has hosted 74 auctions leading to a 75.7 per cent clearance rate while there have been 68 auctions in Caulfield North resulting in a 75.0 per cent clearance rate.
