REIV market snapshot – May 16, 2019

A clearance rate of 60 per cent was recorded this over the weekend compared to 62 per cent last week and 63 per cent this same week last year.

There were 383 auctions reported to the REIV, with 229 selling and 154 being passed in, 68 of those on a vendor bid.

Bentleigh East was the top auction suburb in April 2019 on both volume (33) and sales (21) with a 63.6 per cent clearance rate.
