Navigating the shift to Support at Home – trusted care with BCH

FROM 1 November, with the introduction of the new Aged Care Act, the way older Australians access support in the home will change.

The national Support at Home program will replace the current Home Care Package and Short-Term Restorative Care programs. For many in our community, this transition may bring some understandable uncertainty.
