Hendry victorious in Vic Park crits

TWENTY-three riders contested the Oscar’s Hotel and Cafe criterium races in Victoria Park on Sunday.
Division 2 stayed together throughout the entire race. The track experience of Alan Cureton and Jeremy Humber proving the difference in the field sprint.
Division 1 was keenly contested with Shane Clarke attacking frequently. Dayne Pearce and Stu Brien both tried long range efforts, however a sprint finish was inevitable with Jason Hendry claiming the victory by a half wheel.
