1. What advice would you give to women who aspire to your role?

Arian L, senior client services consultant – Work hard but remember to take care of yourself. This job is so rewarding if you’re doing it for the right reasons. Take a break before you desperately need one, and try to switch off when you leave the office for the day.

Chloe C, property manager – Have confidence in yourself, your abilities and remember that everyone deserves to be treat with kindness.

1. What keeps you driven?

Brooke H, property manager – My desire to be one per cent better than I was yesterday. We are only human, but all we can ask of each other is that every day we strive to be the best version of ourselves.

Caitlin W, field services consultant – My family and my village. They have become my purpose and are my driving force.

Rebecca S, sales consultant – My family. I value the time we spend together above all else, the joy that time together brings fills me with a sense of pride. I’ll always ‘just do my best’ and encourage those around me to do the same. I surround myself with positive people and encourage resilience and that ‘go get it’ attitude and that’s what I strive to do every day.

1. Most memorable workplace achievement?

Brooke R, sales consultant – Taking over the property management division in the early part of my real estate career some 15 years ago and growing it from 100 to 500 properties very quickly. Having now been in the sales department for seven years, I am most proud of my work ethic and communication which is reflected in my client reviews and referrals.

Olivia S, head of property management – I set a goal and achieved it being within the industry for two years – property manager of the year and the Chairmans award for another agency. All these years later I am excited I hit another goal of being head of property management for Jellis Craig Ballarat.
