Led by Phoebe Croucher, the passionate design professional had always dreamed of starting her own business.

Phoebe always had a creative streak, and while hairdressing for 12 years thought she wanted to run her own salon.

However, life had a different path for Phoebe and she stumbled into property styling four years ago when she returned home to Ballarat after living overseas.

She’s always loved and been inspired by all things interior, so property styling made sense and excited her.

“I originally founded the business with my mum, who has since retired, and we never thought it would grow into the thriving business it is today,” Phoebe said.

“I absolutely love what I do and I am so lucky to be supported by the best team of women every single day!”

Olive Interior Styling offers two main services; Styling to Sell and Styling to Live.

The Styling to Sell will ensure that your property is looking its absolute best when it goes to market.

Phoebe’s talented team will deliver a cohesive and cleverly styled outcome to ensure the best features of your property are highlighted while minimising any challenging aspects of the property.

They consider the layout and flow of each space positioning furniture, artwork and soft furnishings to add value and make a space feel like home, which in turn achieves outstanding sales results for clients.

So how does Phoebe balance professional success and a young family?

“I have an amazing husband who is so supportive of me and my business,” she said.

“We have two beautiful little girls and he does so much at home that allows me to work hard when I need to.

“My parents are also a huge help and look after my girls whenever I need.

“I make sure to exercise most days as this is invaluable for my mental health and it also allows me my ‘me time’ away from the business and family life.

“I try and switch off from work on the weekends to spend good quality time as a family, which is really important to me.”
