FEDERATION University has been positioned in the top fifteen per cent of young institutions in the Times Higher Education young university rankings.<\/p>\n
The uni was ranked 175th in the world based on teaching, research, citations, industry partnerships, and connections to the international community, out of institutions that are 50 years old or younger.<\/p>\n
“Our ranking as one of the top 200 young universities globally is testament to our ongoing commitment to high-quality teaching, research, industry partnership and connection to community that we’ve developed since becoming Federation University in 2014,” said vice-chancellor and president, professor Duncan Bentley.<\/p>\n
FedUni increased its ranking in four out of five categories to maintain its spot inside the top 200 despite 208 more institutions being added to the list.<\/p>\n
“As a young university, it is important for Federation to grow awareness of what we offer to students and industry in our own communities and abroad,” said Mr Bentley.<\/p>\n
