TWO councillors have so far been elected to the City of Ballarat council for the next four years as the Victorian Electoral Commission vote count continues.<\/p>\n

In Sebastopol Ward, immediate past mayor Des Hudson has been re-elected, and Ben Taylor will return to the chamber representing the Buninyong Ward.<\/p>\n

In the Alfredton, Brown Hill, Central, Delacombe, North, Golden Point and Wendouree wards, no candidate as of 5.15pm on Friday 8 November has received more than 50 per cent of first preference votes.<\/p>\n
