THE Mother Hustle, a Mother’s Day lunch celebrating the diverse journeys of motherhood in all its complexities will be held on Friday 9 May at Mercure Ballarat.<\/p>\n

The event is a benefit for WRISC Family Violence Support and The Nappy Collective.<\/p>\n

“Whether you’re building a business, leading a team, caring for family, or doing all three, The Mother Hustle is your invitation to connect, reflect, and be celebrated,” said event organiser Emma Fairlie.<\/p>\n

“The Mother Hustle is more than a lunch, it’s a movement to uplift mothers, build community, and support women doing the work, seen and unseen.<\/p>\n

“It is proudly sponsored by Gallivanter Gin, in support of WRISC Family Violence Support and The Nappy Collective.<\/p>\n

“This special event offers an opportunity to share an indulgent lunch, hear inspiring stories, and support two incredible community causes.”<\/p>\n

Five dollars from every ticket will be donated to WRISC and the Mercure Ballarat will go on to serve as a collection point for donated nappies which will be provided to local families in need of assistance.<\/p>\n

“Modern motherhood is powerful and often overwhelming,” Ms Fairlie said.<\/p>\n

“The Mother Hustle is about acknowledging the hustle, celebrating each other, and giving back to those doing it tough.”<\/p>\n

A feature of the event will be a panel discussion presented by Bec Ware.<\/p>\n

“Attendees will hear from Phoebe Croucher, founder of Olive Interior Styling and mother of three, Kate and Gemma Gale, authors and cancer survivors, Heidi Biggin, disability advocate and founder of HB Accessibility and Jess Kelly, designer, author, and creative entrepreneur,” said Ms Fairlie.<\/p>\n

“There will be a three-course lunch curated by the Mercure Ballarat team and a bespoke cocktail courtesy of our official sponsor, Gallivanter Gin.”<\/p>\n
