Originally from the UK, Mitchell and his wife Frida moved to Ballarat a few years ago and fairly quickly made their new abode feel more like home by promptly adopting a couple of cats.<\/p>\n
“We adopted our first two cats from the shelter, and decided a bit later to adopt a third through Cat Lovers Ballarat,” Lance said.<\/p>\n
“It was love at first sight.”<\/p>\n
The night will also feature Andrew Kilmartin, Joe Baxter, Jorgia Rice, Rod Walsh and Neil Marriot, along with a small auction and a stall selling feline-themed items.<\/p>\n
Mitchell’s advice for the night is ‘purrfectly’ simple.<\/p>\n
“Just come and have laugh. There’s a licensed bar and a cafe with food and drinks available,” he said.<\/p>\n
