Mark the calendar for the event on Saturday 15 November, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>This year the program is highlighted by comedy magician Scott Stunz. Scott will amaze and entertain on the main stage at 12pm and 3pm. There will also be roving balloon magic for all the family to enjoy.<\/p>\n<p>The horse arena is always busy on Show Day but this year the amazing Clydesdales will make a comeback from 1pm. We will also be joined by the beautiful Sandy Creek Clydesdales with their magnificent horses on display.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_30038\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-30038\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-30038\" src=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2025\/10\/Floraldisplay_71162.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"406\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-30038\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">There&#8217;s lots to see in the Homecrafts Pavilion.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Their blacksmithing demonstrations during the day will take you back to days of old.<\/p>\n<p>The main stage will be buzzing throughout the day with local musicians. We&#8217;ll have local soloist Caylee Jane and the Wesley College student band in the morning. Then we can&#8217;t wait to welcome the zany Ballan Community Street Band for the lunchtime gig.<\/p>\n<p>Visitors might remember Mitch Matheson from last year&#8217;s Show-we are super excited to welcome him back from 3.30pm.<\/p>\n<p>Animals are always a huge part of any country show, and Clunes is no exception.<\/p>\n<p>The Big Ones, Tall Ones, Small Ones and Really Tiny and Slimy Fun Pet Show is always a hit-bring along anything other than a horse for the judging at 1pm.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_30038\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-30038\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-30038\" src=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2025\/10\/Picture1ScottStunz_71242.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"749\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-30038\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Scott Stunz, comedy magician.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s also Wicked Wildlife, pony rides and ferret racing throughout the day. Not to mention the livestock competitions and judging which are such a key element to any country show.<\/p>\n<p>The Dog High Jump competition is an annual crowd favourite. That&#8217;s at 2pm so don&#8217;t miss that, or the ladies woodsplit, gumboot throw, keg throw and tug of war throughout the afternoon. All great spectacles and good for a laugh while you enjoy a quiet drink at the bar.<\/p>\n<p>The Bute Ute competition has been a much loved feature of the Show for years. Bring yours and try your luck. Entries are taken until 11:30am on Showday.<\/p>\n<p>The kids will love the Giant Sandpit, carnival rides, face painting, puppets and showbags.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_30038\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-30038\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-30038\" src=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2025\/10\/SandyCreek1_71157.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-30038\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">There&#8217;s lots to see in the Homecrafts Pavilion.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Homecrafts Pavilion will be filled with home cookery, floral displays, art, photography and a whole lot more.<\/p>\n<p>Competition entries close for most sections on Tuesday 4 November so make a real day of it and get some entries in.
