A clearance rate of 50 per cent was recorded over the weekend compared to 55 per cent last week and 74 percent the same week last year.<\/p>\n

There were 769 auctions reported to the REIV, with 384 selling and 385 being passed in, 204 of those on a vendor bid.<\/p>\n

Belmont has led the pack in Regional Victoria so far in 2018 with an 86 per cent clearance rate from 130 auctions, up from 81.6 per cent for the same period last year.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
