The Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV) is the most accurate and trusted source of property data in the state, thanks to timely and accurate reporting from our members.<\/p>\n
As the peak industry association for 2,300 real estate agency members and 5,000 individual members, the REIV is uniquely placed to provide complete and accurate data every week.<\/p>\n
The REIV recently acknowledged the importance of this collaboration at the 24th annual REIV Awards for Excellence with the introduction of a new PropertyData category, with Integrity Real Estate (Yarra Valley) Pty Ltd named as the inaugural PropertyData Sales Agency of the Year Award for Regional Victoria.<\/p>\n
In selecting the winner of this award, the judges assessed sales performance and the rate of growth for the agency in their relevant market, using information provided to the REIV and PropertyData.com.au. Integrity Real Estate led the pack in Regional Victoria, with sales performance against the median house price improving 18 per cent year-on-year.<\/p>\n

Mornington\u2019s Nicholas Lynch was among the other winners from Regional Victoria at the Awards, taking out the Rural Marketing Award.<\/p>\n
