{"id":18839,"date":"2019-01-09T12:42:56","date_gmt":"2019-01-09T01:42:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/timesnewsgroup.com.au\/ballarat\/?p=18839"},"modified":"2019-01-10T06:23:22","modified_gmt":"2019-01-09T19:23:22","slug":"animal-free-food-feast","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/timesnewsgroup.com.au\/ballarat\/news\/animal-free-food-feast\/","title":{"rendered":"ANIMAL FREE FOOD FEAST"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>THE fourth Ballarat Vegan Festival returns to the city from 10 to 13 of January.<\/p>\n<p>Along with animal free food the event includes an art exhibition and a Walk for the Animals at Lake Wendouree.<\/p>\n<p>Andy Meddick from the Animal Justice Party will open the festival at the Backspace Gallery, the same venue where the art show titled, You\u2019re An Animal will be on display.<\/p>\n<p>The exhibition is open from 12 to 4pm during the event and free to attend.<\/p>\n<p>Saturday will see the inaugural Twilight Fair featuring a range of vegan food options, goods, merchandise and animal protection awareness campaigns. The Fair will run from 5 to 8pm in Alfred Deakin Place.<\/p>\n<p>The Walk for the Animals goes from at 10am from the MacDonald Band Stand opposite the floral clock.
