A clearance rate of 56 per cent was recorded over the weekend compared to 55 per cent the week before and 71 per cent this same week last year.<\/p>\n

There were 451 auctions reported to the REIV, with 251 selling and 200 being passed in, 103 of those on a vendor bid.<\/p>\n

Cheltenham has recorded a 100 per cent success rate for all twelve of its auction listings so far in 2019, while Shepparton has been the star of Regional Victoria\u2019s auction market with a perfect success rate from five auctions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
