Gardner Homes Ballarat continues to buck the trend with a raft of recent awards at their annual conference in Vietnam including winning Franchise of Year Victoria for the fifth time.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Franchisors Rob McMaster and Wayne Jones said it was rewarding to have the strength of the franchise recognised in so many realms.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was pleasant surprise to be honest,\u201d Mr McMaster said. \u201cOne award would\u2019ve have been really great, so to receive runner up in Sales Team of The Year, Construction Team of The Year and Most Completed Home Slab 2018 was amazing.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt really shows that what we are providing to our customers is clear and precise processes and a business model that evidently results in a memorable build journey for our deserving customers.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Jones added, \u201cI know it sounds clich\u00e9 but we are in this position because of the amazing team of sales consultants, administrators, construction supervisors and service manager that never drop the ball; that\u2019s what makes the Ballarat franchise such a success.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou can\u2019t do this solo, it takes a lot of people working together as a team doing a fantastic job.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhile the overall industry has declined, our numbers keep tracking up and we have some pretty big but exciting growth plans we want to hit in the following years\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The annual award season started earlier this with G.J.
