A tribute show of the late Whitney Houston is coming to Wendouree Centre For Performing Arts on Saturday, 17 August.<\/p>\n
The Australian Whitney Houston Show, starring Melbourne performer Tilarni, together with an eight-piece band, creates a real-life concert experience for Houston aficionados.<\/p>\n
Tilarni, whose musical range covers gospel, jazz, pop soul and rhythm and blues, said she feels privileged to perform these amazing songs with a talented and dedicated team of musicians and dancers.<\/p>\n
\u201cFor me, these songs give me euphoric moments of being like my idol, as I remember her as one of the most amazing singers of all time,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
\u201cThese songs not only take me down memory lane but they bring to life this music that I love to sing.\u201d<\/p>\n
The show at the Performing Arts Centre is on soon after Houston\u2019s birthday, August 9.<\/p>\n
