Currently on offer are Outdoor FIT45 and low impact circuits, with class sizes capped at 20 people and an instructor.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re very excited to be able to bring back some of our fitness sessions to the Ballarat community,\u201d said City of Ballarat deputy-mayor Cr Belinda Coates.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s fantastic that we can start running sessions again. We\u2019re looking forward to seeing everyone get active outdoors at BALC again.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKeeping active and staying healthy is an important part of living in this new pandemic-normal world. Our outdoor fitness sessions are just one way for us to support our community to continue to be active during this time.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Physical distancing requirements will be in action during all classes and the changerooms inside the BALC will remain closed for the time being. You\u2019ll also need to bring your own workout mat or large towel.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThese sessions are going to look a little different to what people normally expect from a BALC class, but they will definitely get your heart rate up and have you remembering what a workout is like at the end of a session,\u201d Cr Coates said.<\/p>\n<p>Each class is $10 and bookings are required.
