THIS Friday, 25 June the Ballarat Regional Multicultural Council\u2019s Winter Market will bring warmth to the chilly city.<\/p>\n
Hosted at BRMC\u2019s Ballarat Welcome Centre within the old Ballarat East library building from 10am to 2pm, the event is part of Refugee Week celebrations.<\/p>\n
BRMC\u2019s Deborah Klein said a shop of the stalls in the cosy heritage setting, based at the Barkly Square community hub, will be an opportunity to chase the winter blues away.<\/p>\n
\u201cCelebrate our rich, vibrant and diversely creative community at the BRMC Winter Market,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe BRMC Winter Market features quality hand-crafted, locally-produced and locally-sourced homewares, gift items, jewellery, fashion accessories and more by select Ballarat Twilight Market vendors, Stepping Stones To Small Business enterprises, and emerging entrepreneurial designer-makers from across Ballarat\u2019s diverse community.<\/p>\n
