BALLARAT Business Women\u2019s first-ever gala night will celebrate local businesspeople, their resilience and success.<\/p>\n
The dinner is aimed at empowering the Ballarat business community to thrive, not just survive, and will also provide a space for networking.<\/p>\n
Business strategist AJ Kulatunga will be the evening\u2019s keynote speaker, exploring creativity and innovation in enterprise and the workplace, while offering strategies and new ideas.<\/p>\n
\u201cI believe tomorrow can be better than today, we just need a little inspiration to build it,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

Chair and founder of the Ballarat Business Women group Margi Cousins said the group\u2019s mission since 2008 has been to mentor and support professional women across the city.<\/p>\n
