Meredith Dairy is a family run business, located in the town of Meredith, 40km south of Ballarat. Sandy and Julie Cameron and their team, milk both goats and sheep and process dairy products every day.<\/p>\n<p>Meredith Dairy&#8217;s aim is to produce the best products they can and farm in a responsible and sustainable way. Their sheep and goats are healthy, well-fed and well-nurtured, producing the milk that makes their delicious cheese and yoghurt.<\/p>\n<p>Meredith Dairy is the largest farm of its kind in Australia. Dairy staff milk both goats and sheep and then process dairy products every day. Grains grown on the farm are used by the dairy animals, straw is used for bedding, cheese whey is fed to beef cattle and animal manure is returned to the soil as fertiliser.<\/p>\n<p>Meredith Dairy are passionate about their animals, sustainable farming, and creating beautiful healthy products that taste great. Their soft goat cheese is marinated in garlic and herb infused oils, including extra virgin olive oil.
