Discover Historic Sebastopol project coordinator Kate Owen said a strong partnership has been developed between the society, the Ballarat Neighbourhood Centre, and the Sebastopol Library.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis has brought this project to fruition, where people can see the artwork in a public space, appreciate it, and explore it,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s been a grassroots thing, as members of the community suggested to me that it would be great to see the painting more broadly available.\u201d<\/p>\n
The project has been supported by the Spotlight on Sebastopol program, funded by Regional Development Victoria.<\/p>\n
