Owner and hair stylist Casey Leneghan said she could not be happier with her hair salon right in the heart of town.<\/p>\n
\u201cAfter years of working with some of the top stylists in Toorak, London, Byron Bay and Sydney, as well as owning SoHo in Ballarat for six years, I couldn\u2019t be happier to establish Marshmallow in Creswick, which has all the makings of a small town with a big heart ready to explode with creativity and style,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
And what a salon. It\u2019s bright and edgy and has a contemporary European feel to it, with bold striped walls reminiscent of the salons of Paris.<\/p>\n
Ms Leneghan has been trained by some of the best stylists worldwide including Edward Beale in Toorak and Toni & Guy in London before striking out on her own in Sydney and Ballarat.<\/p>\n
That shows in her approach to styling, which is to work with her client, assessing the structure and condition of the hair, the shape of the face, the client\u2019s lifestyle.<\/p>\n
\u201cI really care about the person and I want them to leave my salon looking and feeling better. Coming to see me should be a positive experience,\u201d Ms Leneghan said.<\/p>\n
By the number of former clients delighted that she has returned to the district and new clients she is making, it turns out that it\u2019s a very positive experience for everyone.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
