CITY of Ballarat customer service staff have been acknowledged at the Snap Send Solve 2023 Solver of the Year Awards.<\/p>\n
Snap Send Solve is a smartphone app used to collect ratepayers\u2019 reports\u00a0on roads, rates, rubbish, and general community issues, and local officers have won the customer service award for not only the state, but entire country.<\/p>\n
City of Ballarat mayor Cr Des Hudson said customer service staff have aimed to improve the way they help local residents, particularly online, in recent years.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe heard from the community that improving communication with residents who contact the City of Ballarat, particularly via our digital channels, such as Snap Send Solve, was a priority,\u201d Cr Hudson said.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis national Customer Service Award is a testament to the hard work of our Customer Service staff during 2023 to provide the best possible service to our community.\u201d<\/p>\n
Snap Send Solve 2023 Solver of the Year awardees are celebrated for their high star ratings and report updates.<\/p>\n
Snap Send Solve is used by local governments across Australia and New Zealand, it is free to download for iPhone and Android phone users, and 2015 accounts reported 6434 issues through the app to the City of Ballarat last year.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
