A UNIQUE sound bath experience CELLOFINITY for Charity is coming to Pearces Creek on April 4.

Acclaimed international cellist Tara-Lee Byrne performs the soothing and transformative frequencies of the cello in a full-body exploration, leading attendees into a profoundly restful and meditative space.

With an international career as a professional cellist, chamber musician, and educator, Byrne has performed, toured, and recorded with global artists including Beyoncé, Kanye West, Andrea Bocelli, Damian Rice, Van Morrison and Dame Kiri te Kanawa.

She has performed extensively as a concert soloist and professional orchestral and chamber musician in Europe, America and the Middle East, playing in the Royal Albert Hall and Wigmore Hall in London, the Paris Conservatoire, and the opera houses of Genoa, Turin and Rome.

Byrne took a left turn in 2013. Armed with her cello, Vitamix,

and a yoga mat, she relocated to the northern hemisphere to train and pursue a career as a professional raw and whole foods chef in the US.

After travelling the world for three years, cheffing in yoga retreats and health and wellness centres throughout Europe, India, Australia, and Asia, she returned to her native Ireland and launched her conscious, sustainable brand, Wicked Wholefoods.

The brand’s core mission is to educate and empower people to make conscious, informed and sustainable food choices.

The Irish yogi-wholefoods-cheffing cellist is based in the Northern Rivers and is donating all event proceeds to the S.H.I.F.T. Byron project.

An educational transition program for women who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, the project supports them to reintegrate into the community and move from vulnerability towards self-worth and self-sufficiency.

Attendees are invited to bring a yoga mat, pillow, cushions, a blanket, socks, eye mask or anything else they need to be supported and comfortable. No props are provided at the venue.

Only 32 tickets for this unique body, mind and spirit aural event are available.

Hall doors open at 5 pm, allowing time to arrive, settle into the space, and prepare for silence.

Byrne will begin playing at 5.30 pm until 7.00 pm.
