RUGBY League legends Paul Vautin and Peter Sterling will reunite at the Lismore Workers Club to relive their time together as hosts of the award-winning Footy Show.

Tickets for An Evening with Fatty and Sterlo are expected to sell out with the show to be held on Saturday, June 20.

Major Events Live have released tickets ahead of Christmas with a range of VIP and seating options available.

Both men played rugby league at NSW, Queensland and Australian level before they retired in the 1990s.

They rose to further fame as co-hosts of the iconic Footy Show which Vautin was involved with for almost 25 years.

“The Lismore show is a celebration of two Australian sporting and television icons,” an event spokesperson said.

“They made history on Australian television screens all around the country with their brilliant comedic timing and performances.

“They have joined forces again to tell their hilarious stories and bring back to life some of the most memorable moments.”

The show was a Thursday night staple for many years and is remembered for its anti-ads, street talk and other comedy segments.

Vautin was the main host of the show between 1994 and 2017.

It hit its peak when Newcastle Knights legends Matt Johns and Paul Harragon joined the show in the 2000s.

Sterling was part of the original show and co-hosted it for 12 years.

He stayed on television as a commentator and analyst until he retired at the end of the 2021 season.

Vautin lasted another few years as a commentator until he finished in 2024.
