FORMER NRL stars Bryan Fletcher and Nathan Hindmarsh are set to bring their trademark humour and rugby league insights to a live show at the Lismore Workers Club.
Fletch & Hindy – Live on Stage will be a timely show, held just one week before the NRL grand final on Friday 25 September.
The pair will provide insights into the NRL finals series as well as behind-the-scenes stories from their decorated on-field careers.
“These two hilarious characters will be live on stage as they share their instantly relatable and entertaining brand of comedy,” an event spokesperson said.
“They run through their favourite moments on and off the field along with topical chat around the current state of rugby league.”
Fletcher and Hindmarsh represented Australia and New South Wales during distinguished playing careers that produced more than 500 NRL appearances between them.
Hindmarsh played all 330 of his NRL games with the Parramatta Eels between 1998 and 2012.
Fletcher played 170 games with the Sydney Roosters and South Sydney Rabbitohs and also spent time in the English Super League with Wigan.

Since hanging up the boots, the pair have become fan favourites on Fox League and The Matty Johns Show, where their popular Fletch & Hindy segment combines comedy, sport and unpredictable challenges.
Their television success has been built on a mix of self-deprecating humour, quirky adventures and interactions with professional and grassroots sporting groups across the country.
Hindmarsh remains one of rugby league’s most respected forwards, renowned for his toughness, durability and defensive prowess.
Fletcher forged a reputation as one of the game’s best backrowers while also becoming known for his larger-than-life personality.
He famously introduced the hand grenade try celebration during the 2000 State of Origin series and remains one of rugby league’s great entertainers.
He also played a key part in the Roosters’ premiership team in 2002 where he played alongside legends Brad Fittler and Anthony Minichiello.
