THE Country Arts Support Program (CASP) has opened applications for funding of up to $5000.<\/p>\n

Administered by Arts Northern Rivers through devolved funding from Create NSW, CASP is available for community-engaged projects and activities including workshops, exhibitions, performances, public art, and design projects.<\/p>\n

Grants are available for short-term arts and community projects initiated and delivered in Byron, Clarence Valley, Kyogle, Lismore, Richmond Valley, and Tweed Shires.<\/p>\n

By supporting local community arts and cultural development, CASP works to increase regional opportunities, cultural experiences, and economic benefits in regional NSW.<\/p>\n

Arts Northern Rivers CASP funding aims to assist locally determined community arts and cultural activities and increase opportunities for regionally based groups and individuals to access a diverse range of arts programs.<\/p>\n

CASP works to enable communities to explore and express their cultural identities, lead to greater awareness and appreciation of cultural diversity, and increase the sustainability and resilience of regionally based community arts organisations and individuals.<\/p>\n

The CASP 2025 Roadshow, between April\u202f15 and May 7, will provide one-on-one support sessions with the Arts Northern Rivers team in Kyogle, Byron, Evans Head,\u202f Grafton, Nimbin and\u202fMurwillumbah.<\/p>\n

Applications close on June 2 and are assessed by a panel of arts professionals convened by Arts Northern Rivers.<\/p>\n
