The newly renamed restaurant, Gingerbaby is housed in the iconic guest house Circa1902.

Offering a variety of spaces for dining, relaxing, morning or afternoon tea or for that special occasion, inclusive of, cocktail lounge, three private dining rooms each catering for up to 14 guests, beautifully styled front restaurant with seating for up to 38 guests and an expansive al fresco dining area.

Executive Chef, Mathew Hallam is generating an enviable reputation on the Bellarine Peninsula and beyond.

Gingerbaby’s modern menu highlights Chef Mat’s extensive knowledge of local fresh ingredients, prepared masterfully to create a fusion of authentic Asian flavours.

The culmination of more than 30 years in the industry, both nationally and internationally, is show cased in every one of Mat’s dishes.

Created with the flexibility to share or consume individually, the offerings make it difficult to settle on just one dish. Indonesian Beef Deng-Deng Balado, Balinese Style Local Scallops, Chana Masala, Saag Dahl, many dishes being vegan, gluten free, dairy free and an extensive range of vegetarian to choose from, Gingerbaby is an inviting choice for all diners.

Having owned the business for the past eight years, they are excited and invigorated about the new relaunch as Gingerbaby, creating a buzz in the town of Queenscliff and beyond.

Delicacies, baked daily by Executive Chef Mat and his team, cakes, scones accompanied by homemade strawberry and lime jam making the restaurant a number one choice for morning or afternoon tea.
