GMHBA has recently opened the Geelong Hub on Moorabool Street.

Clinical and retail operations manager, Miriam White said the multidisciplinary facility will make it easier for busy Bellarine residents to access the care they need, at a time that suits them.

What services will be on offer at the Geelong Hub?

The Geelong Hub will bring together private health insurance, dental, eye care, medical and physiotherapy services under the one roof. Our clinicians and consolidated teams are excited to bring a holistic healthcare model to our community.

Why should you book at the Geelong Hub?

GMHBA know it can be hard to juggle medical appointments around work, so they are making it easier by having multiple modalities in a one-stop-shop for busy Bellarine residents in town for work, shopping, or passing through to Melbourne. Located in the heart of Geelong on Moorabool Street, it’s the perfect location for a lunchtime appointment to help clients stay healthy and access the care they need. The new facilities are state-of-the-art so they are able to provide the best possible patient care.

Do you have to be a member of GMHBA to book an appointment?

The doors are open to all members of the community, not just those insured with GMHBA. We are genuinely committed to helping to meet growing demand for primary and allied health services in the Geelong region.

How does it work with all the different services in one place?

The aim of the integrated care model is to support patients on their health journeys and connect them with a wide range of healthcare services, with a focus on preventive care. Last financial year, GMHBA reported more than 112,000 occasions of care (the number of people who see GMHBA doctors, nurses, dentists, physiotherapists and optometrists). GMHBA are committed to continue caring for their patients and members with the added convenience of a single location.
