The Dill Seafood Restaurant, located in the heart of the stunning coastal town of Ocean Grove, has just recently opened its doors.

The chef and owner behind the concept, Ivan Roianov, is well known in the Bellarine Peninsula for his work at Terindah Estate Winery and Lago restaurant at Lonsdale Links.

“The Dill is our vision where gastronomy, aesthetics and love for natural flavors meet,” Ivan said.

You can expect to enjoy the freshest locally sourced Bellarine Peninsula produce complemented by an extensive Australian and international wine list.

The space has been thoughtfully curated where you can sense the passion behind the concept. Details such as fresh flowers and candles enhance the cozy atmosphere.

In fact, don’t be surprised to find Ivan stopping by your table to personally make sure you’re having a great time.

Oysters morney with shellfish bechamel or citrus-cured kingfish with Drysdale goat cheese, tiger prawn risotto, seafood blanquette or maybe surf and turf – our menu is like diving into an ocean of flavours.

The local community have warmly welcomed and supported the opening of The Dill. Locals are delighted to have a place where they can enjoy the comforts of simple, classic cuisine and a love for seafood.

The Dill Seafood Restaurant is at 62 The Terrace, Ocean Grove.
