Located in both Ocean Grove and Drysdale, there are more than sixty classes per week to choose from and a vibrant community to join.

The studios are gently heated using far infrared technology for increased health benefits, and run annual teacher training programs and retreats.

“Zero Point is really about building community, and we’ve got an incredible one here,” owner Bec Duffield said.

“So many friendships are formed in these spaces.”

During the pandemic Zero Point offered free virtual classes and were joined from people all over the world.

“It was a beautiful surprise to have people tuning in from the USA, South Africa, the UK and Malaysia. Even though we were all locked down, we felt united in a whole new way,” Bec said.

To compliment the classes, Zero Point also offers an interesting selection of regular events – ice baths, breathwork, live Cello’s and learn to play a singing bowl, all frequent the schedule.

It’s a hub of activity with a range of options from dipping your toe in, to teacher training programs.

You can purchase an introductory pass for $35 which gets you two weeks of unlimited sessions across both studios.
