Country to Coast Home Care (CTC) Services, founded in 2018, is an award-winning small local business helping people stay comfortable and connected in their senior years.

Services are provided exclusively to seniors on the Surf Coast and surrounds, ensuring people in the area have access to exceptional care and direct access to help when they need it.

The fully personalised care model helps break down the effects of a fragmented aged care system.

Despite external challenges and conditions, CTC’s team works closely with specialists and community partners to maintain high quality care.

This is particularly important coming into next year because the Government is reforming in-home aged care.

The new Support at Home program will replace the Home Care Packages program and other Government funded programs from July 1, 2025.

As more information about the reforms is received, action can be taken to implement it carefully because CTC only ever employ qualified staff who are committed to making a real difference for people, and who will help make the journey a better one.

The team’s steadfast commitment to excellence and enthusiasm continues to resonate through the community. Exceptional service doesn’t just happen. It requires hard work, dedication, and resiliency and the overall flow-on effects this brings is a stronger, more age friendly community.

Many people would like to continue living at home for as long as possible, and there are countless benefits with maintaining independence where you are most at ease. Country to Coast Home Care Services was a multi-category finalist in the 2024 Geelong Business Excellence Awards, and Director Curt Schmeissing recently won The Aged and Community Care Providers Association (ACCPA) 2024 Excellence Awards for Consumer Focus and Care.

Country to Coast Home Care Services shares the Elder Rights Advocacy’s mission for a diverse, vibrant, multicultural community, where older people are respected, heard, well-informed, and can exercise their rights and responsibilities with confidence. Elder Rights Advocacy is also a member of the Older Person’s Advocacy Network.
