Aled Jones reflects on four decades in intimate Australian tour

WORLD-renowned Welsh singer Aled Jones will return to Australia this month for his eighth national tour, bringing an intimate new show that blends music, storytelling and nostalgia.
Across a career spanning more than four decades, the former boy soprano has released more than 40 albums and sold upwards of 10 million records worldwide, earning more than 40 silver, gold and platinum discs.
He has performed for the Pope and the Royal Family, with appearances at iconic venues including the Royal Albert Hall and the Sydney Opera House.
The show will takes audiences on a personal journey through his life and career.
The first half revisits his childhood in North Wales and encounters with figures including Queen Elizabeth II, King Charles III, Princess Diana, Andrew Lloyd Webber and Leonard Bernstein, brought to life with rarely seen photos and video.
The second half reflects on his career in music, television and radio – from duets with his younger self to highlights including Songs of Praise, Dancing With The Stars and The Masked Singer – alongside sing-alongs and candid stories.
“I’m really excited about this tour,” Jones said. “I love Australia so much and have thoroughly enjoyed coming to the beautiful country since 2003.

“I’ll be sharing stories, songs and special memories from across my career – with a few surprises too.It truly is the best show I’ve ever done, and I can’t wait for everyone to see it!”
