Running a national-award winning salon keeps Annette, a member of the Australian Dermal Society, extremely busy, juggling business and family life.

This year, Annette’s newest venture Vitality Laser and Skin won the prestigious Australian beauty Industry Salon of the Year Award at a gala event in Sydney.

“We were thrilled to take out the top prize, because building the new Leopold clinic has been a challenge,” Annette said.

“We’ve kept the business thriving and running smoothly while transitioning to a new location and developing the space into a warm, inviting and modern facility.

“We purchased the latest equipment available, employed and trained additional staff and used clever innovation with design and lots of patience.”

Annette has been an inspiration to therapists who’ve worked with her, with many going on to win awards, manage and own top salons and spas worldwide.

“That old saying, work smarter not harder is only half true; you actually need to work smarter and harder to be really successful,” Annette said.
