Community connections at Ingenia
Half of Ingenia Lifestyle Lara’s latest release of affordable homes has been snapped up by over 55s looking to downsize.
Project sales manager Dianna McGrath said welcoming the influx of new residents had allowed even more
social connections for residents in their community.
“Pam and Faye moved in about the same time and were both nervous. After the introduction to each other now they are the best of friends, inseparable, like
Thelma and Louise,” she said. Resident Pam decided to downsize to her new home late last year, and is enjoying the benefits of the community lifestyle, so much so she can’t imagine living anywhere else.
“I have lived all over Victoria and knew I wanted to move somewhere more manageable that combined the country and city lifestyles, and Lara did just that,” Pam said.
“It took me a few visits before making the decision to move in; however, coming into the community and seeing how friendly everyone was made me fall in love with the place even more.
Fellow resident Faye agreed and said since moving into the community everything was “falling into place” and she couldn’t be happier.
“I moved to Ingenia Lifestyle Lara in October last year and I am so glad that I did – the community makes me feel
so comfortable and safe living on my own. When I moved into the community, everyone was just so friendly and welcoming, especially Pam,” she said.
“Pam moved into Lara around the same time as me, and we just clicked right away – Dianna is right, Pam is the Thelma to my Louise.”
Ingenia Lifestyle Lara has brand new homes selling now.
