Jaz Cornish, the principal of Cornish Lawyers Pty Ltd, started the practice in 2011 after becoming aware of the need for a full-time family law service in the Torquay area.

By the end of 2014, the demand for her services was so high that Jaz appointed a second full-time lawyer, and in 2018, a third full-time lawyer was appointed.

“Cornish Lawyers Pty Ltd prides itself on offering a high quality and highly personalised service in all area of family law,” Ms Cornish said.

“From the simplest of matters to the most complex of matters, Cornish Lawyers Pty Ltd can handle any and all family law matters.”

Ms Cornish said she was thrilled to have recently acquired the services of Richard Hogan, who is arguably one of the most senior and experienced family law practitioners in Australia.

“Mr Hogan, an accredited family law specialist, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the firm,” she said.

“We are excited to be able to offer family law services equivalent to those offered by the larger Melbourne family law firms.”
