Fashion makes it a strong finish
Despite the cloudy and windy weather, the Geelong Cup was a huge success with many racegoers taking part in Westfield’s Fashions on the Field judged by Cup ambassadors Ruby and Lucy Brownless. Guests also enjoyed the new race precinct Little Geelong, featuring food trucks, beer and bubbles from the Jack Rabbit Bar and live music. Gates opened at 10.30am, with thousands flocking to witness Geelong’s greatest race, taking full advantage of the region’s public holiday.
